I'm looking at a 2004 S4 with the 4.2L. It has almost 92000 miles. It has been wrecked before, but I don't know any information on the wreck. If I were to get it, what do I need to be aware of? The car has a carfax available.

Looks clean, whatever the accident, must have been very minor. No airbag deployment, or frame or structural damage. Go for it!
