the Car is an '01 silver on Black 6spd S4 w/ 39k miles on it. Price is 27,824 give or take after tax, lisences, shipping (from SC to CA), and additional paperwork. What do you guy think. I'm looking for a S4 and I'm pretty picky as to color and trim and stuff. any input would be greatly appreciated.

 

Have you seen the car in person? If that is all said and done (shipping is probably $1000-1500, taxes are $2k-3K) its not too bad. However I'd look more in your local area, I've seen plenty of nice cars, similar in miles go for really low 20s.
