Default apr exhaust

hi, i went on a test drive today in a new 05 s4 and liked it...thinking about making it my next car. anyway im doing some research on mods for the S4 and ran across the apr exhaust... On there site it claims a 25hp increase and a 35lb/ft increase...seeming a little high i did a search in this forum and didnt find any reviews or previous posts. are these numbers accurate? lastly what intakes do you like (im getting lazy and dont feel like searching past posts) thanks

As with most turbo cars I would find this to be aroundthe right expectations. We get a little more ummph for the larger exhaust components over the N/A guys/gals.

As far as that particular product. I have NO first hand experience, but if it is with the test pipe fittings it will make some good power.

isn't the 2005 S4 = B6 chassis = V8 = no turbos, right? ...

anyway, my only attempt to explain, and please understand that this is just my guess, don't exhaust systems release HP as percentages of what's already available. meaning if it's to yield a 10% gain on a car with 100 HP, then you'll get 10 HP, but if it were to yield 10% and that car had 300 HP to begin with, then it would yield 30 HP?

the numbers they quote for these things should be averages of what they have seen on more than one car, no?
