I drive a 2001 Audi S4! I heard a big pop in my back window the other day, and it was my window. I was rolling it down, then it made a big pop noise, sounding like it came off track. So when I tryed to roll it up, you could just hear the motor running, but the window wasn't going anywhere. So I took the door apart, and found out the the wire that ran throught the motor was a lilttle jammed, but I could fix that. It was a white circle piece that looks like a plastic pulley, that broke in half, but there are 2 more white pulleys and they didnt break. I need help with this problem and I would like to know how much it may cost me to Do-it-myself.

 

Not sure if this helps, but the same thing happened to me...around $300 to fix it at a shop. But I think the part is somewhere around $100 give or take, maybe even like $170...not a big thing...just a pain in the ****..
