Default AWE S-Flo problems

Hey I installed the AWE S-Flo and wanted to know if anyone had the same issue I did. I had some trouble getting the MAF back on, but after some manipulation got the clamps hooked on and closed it. Only theres a SLIGHT little bit of a gap where the MAF meets the airbox...I don't think it's leaking, since I'm not throwing any codes, but was surprised that it didn't fit flush like AWE said it would. Has anyone else installed this or had problems like this? Everything seems ok, but I'd feel a lot better if it sat flush.....................any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

It would only be a problem if the gap was on the engine side of the sensor

On the other side the air is still being metered

It is on the other side, but I was just concerned that if there was enough of a gap, I'd be losing some of the intake's effect...............
