Default axle seal leaking

i got my car back today from getting the torque converter fixed and now there is a leak consisting of atf on the driver side front. my question is do they have to pull the axles in doing this job. it wasnt leaking when i took it there

thats what i was thinking just wanted to make sure that they have to take the axels out for the torque job. it pisses me off i have only had the car for 3 weeks and i have done the valve cover gaskets and they supposedly change the rear main and a turbo inlet and outlet gasket and there is still oil coming from the rear of the engine and now the atf leak. needless to say i am ******* pissed
