B5 S4 Control Arm Kit

B5 S4 Control Arm Kit
I bought an S4 not so long ago, a few days ago i noticed all the ball joints are way past due... so i looked on ECS Tuning and found this.
Audi B5 S4 2.7T > Suspension > Control Arm > ES#2500995 Complete Control Arm Kit With HD Tie Rod Ends & Hardware - 8E0498500CK
However, it specifies that it is for all the B5 cars, so do you think it would be a downgrade from the stock S4 suspension if i put it?
Because they also have this:
Audi B5 S4 2.7T > Suspension > Control Arm > ES#11590 Upgraded Control Arm Kit & Hardware - Early Vin - 8E0998500
That specifies it is for S4s but it is 3 times more expensive, and it doesn't have as many parts \=.

Even though its for all b5's its still an upgrade for the s4 as well. it upgrades the tie-rods, hardware and sway bar end links.
I have no idea why that second kit is so insanely expensive. I'm currently running the FCP Groton kit i got through a group buy on audizine. ($120) I have zero complaints.
