Ok you guys, I am a very new audi owner, and as my first nice car I thought over the weekend that doing some at home mods would be exciting. Mistake #1 first of all I wanted to remove all side molding. I realized that the bottomg molding is screwed in so I lefted it alone the upper molding though is glued on so I went in for the kill and peeled the driver front fender piece off. Thats when I realized they have plastic studs on the back of the moulding and holes drilled in the body. SO then I had to use some **** *** 3m glue to stick it back on. Mistake #2 I thought that it would be easy to pull the headlight housing take it apart and yank out the yellow blinker lens. Turns out all I got accomplised wras a missing screw a busted clip and some scerewed *** wiring so my h.i.d. blinks all crazy every time I turn on the headlight. I am a damn fool. anyway hope all your weekends were better.
