When I go full throttle in first gear every thing is normal, but when it goes into second ( While pedal is to the floor) the pedal moves up and does not let me hit it all the way. This is with the ESP off. Its 2002 tip. I know I should have bought a M, mom has to drive it some times.

 

Odd. Not sure what you mean by, "does not let me hit it all the way." Since it's tip, there might be codes that could reveal something. Try to get it VAGed or go to Audi and see what their OBD scan shows.

The pedal moves up when it shifts into second, The pedal does not go as far down as when its in first.

Are you referring to the clutch pedal or the accelerator?
