i have a 2002 b5 s4 with mtm chip, full exhaust, and new 710n dv's. i just replaced the dv's hoping they were the culprit for my boost issue. my guage used to spike to around 15 psi in 2nd gear and around 22-23 in higher gears and taper to around 20psi. my gas guage has recently stopped work and wonder if it has any ties to computer to tell it not to boost or something. im lost and any suggestions would be great!! car isnt smoking or missing, etc. thanks

 

boost leak. check your hoses.

 

you having any issues with the car bucking or random lost of power? For sure check for leaks. When is the last time you replaced your fuel filter?

 

20 psi on K03's with an MTM chip? That sounds abnormal and likely to damage the K03's.

 

My MTM software peaks maybe around 17-18psi... nothing over 20psi. You sure you are on K03's?

 

wooow... just replaced throttle body boot. was completely torn on the bottom. ive been driving it like that for like 5000 miles!! i dont boost alot unless jumping on the freeway, have i done alot of damage to my turbos driving it with such a leak??? feels like a completely different car now with my boost back!!! thanks guys
