Okay so I just finished my stage 3 minus setup, but I have a weird sound coming from both my turbos. The sound is almost like the turbos are going out, but it only makes the sound when I hit boost past 12-15 psi or so and it sounds normal below that. Does anybody know what it can possibly be, both the turbos are brand new KO4's so I think it would be highly unlikely that I got 2 bad turbos. Other then the sound nothing is wrong with the car no smoke no codes, still super fast. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

 

could be a boost leak somewhere. Id run a smoke machine through everything if possible to see if there is a leak anywhere.

 

+1^ I concur. Sounds like a boost leak. Pressure test and check everything.

 

ya try a pressure test theres very diy's on to make them and use them. Go on awe's website and they have the diy for it
