Considering a '07 S6...opinions?
Newbie here...
I'm thinking about selling my '04 996 C4S for an '07 S6 (three small kids, need more space, the usual reasons, etc. etc). I test drove one last week.
What is your opinion on the S6? It seems like they're taking a pretty big depreciation hit (several '07 examples with <$60k asking prices (some CPO). The best I can do on an '08 is 6% off MSRP (via the Audi Supplier Program). Still, that puts the '08 at $75-76k new.
Any things in particular to be mindful when looking at these cars? Also, does anyone have access to the maintenance schedule / intervals (I searched, but maybe not well enough), so I can double check on the service records as I dig into specific cars.
For those who have a S6, how are you liking yours?
Finally, I drove the RS4 and it's truly fantastic...just not big enough. If I decide to move away from the Porsche it'll be to get some real space.
Thanks much.

If you are worried about maintanence I would recommend getting into a 550 bimmer. That is one of the biggest and greatest reasons why I like bmw-service and maintanence are free. And you are right, S6's are taking a big hit used. But hey, if you like the car-thats all that matters
