A couple of qestions about stage 3 stuff
I was wondering how much hp i should be running with the AWE Stage 3 kit w/o mainfolds and on stock ICs? Also what is the psi set at with the chip that comes with the kit? if any one knows..... thanks
one more thing, is there anything else that i need to get that doesnt come with the AWE kit (maybe s MBC or something)? thanks again

With your setup I would think at least 400hp if not quite a bit more (430-450 possible). I haven't dynoed mine - (yet).
I would strongly consider a Drivetrain Stabalizer (I think AWE has one now - they didn't last Spring so I got APR - same thing pretty much I think) - otherwise you look pretty set I think.

If you are getting the whole AWE kit, why not call AWE & talk to them about it?
From what I have seen off the shelf AWE kits, spike @ 20psi, & taper to around 18psi.
On my local Mustang Dyno they do 320whp @ 375t.
On my list....
TB belt if not already done, samco hose kit, Bi-pip, or samco TBB.
Snub mount, DTS, Down pipes & full exhaust & a general tune up.

spiking at 20lbs seems pretty low for the ko4's. Ive spiked at 22lbs on the stock ko3's i would think it has to be a little higher than that. Ill have to see what happens when i get my car back after i get the full stg 3 set up.
When I stomp it I can hit 22-23 PSI and hold around 17-18 PSI...though ussually I don't see more then 19-20 PSI (because I rarely get the chance to really wail on it like I'd like to do...and often when I do I'm not looking over at the boost guage to really know what I'm getting) but if I really get on it its not oncommon for it to hit 22 PSI for a bit then notch down to 17-18 and sometimes (I guess its timing related) it will spike back up again briefly...sometimes it holds for awhile at just under 20! Both the attack and the sustain seem much better with the KO4s vs KO3s - just my subjective opinion )engine & revs just scream after just a bit of hesitation)...but even my eldest boy noticed it soon after I got the upgrade.
