It seems to be happening to me every time it rains. Is this normal? Anything to worry about?

I have not noticed it on my b6 04 s4...but I hear it is not uncommon....what I have read in other threads and on other forums is that the dealer will tell you it is normal...but it sure does not seem that it should be considered normal.

Do a search...I think there is a thread with a do it yourself fix.

good luck!

Thanks. I'll give Audi a hard time next time I take it in for service.

The only thing they will do is remove the headlight and blow it out with compressed air

There is TSB for this and thats all it says to do
