Yeah, exactly...

Hmmm, still no response though on the rest of the message/reply I posted, are you going to add some more info?

I was not trying to be a jerk or anything or even badmouth a particular product. I was simply asking why the base line for the two cars was off by a pretty large margin. From the way your post read the two dyno graphs were from the same car just with two different chips installed.

I'm sorry to say this but I can simply not trust a company that refuses to and consistently ignores prospect customer questions regarding a product with barely any reputation. You come in here, provide 2 dyno charts that clearly show 2 different vehicles being compared. People want to see numbers come from the exact same car, 1 with APR and the other with EIP... No differences in intake/exhaust or fuel system between the 2 tests. If that's not something you can provide, then you can't make claims of yours being superior to the competition without basis.

Are you going to turn this around and be a seller, or are you just going to not care and risk nobody trusting you again? Keep in mind some of us have not made our minds up as to what chip to go with... You could be losing potential sales here...

I hope your interest (or lack of) to respond to our questions is not a direct reflection of your company's customer relationship ethics. If so, you've already proven EIP to be very poor in that area.
