It's really, really, really, messy. Did I mention it's a messy job? The easiest is to purchase rebuilt axles.
Off the top of my head, you need basic hand tools & a jack. You remove the center cap on your rim, then remove the 19mm or hex bolt in the center, it's like 300ft-lbs, so you will need a breaker bar. Don't remove the bolt, just about 75%
Then jack up the car, remove the wheel.
Then with a mallet, hit the 19mm bolt on the axle, this will slowly push the axle out but not all the way.
After the the 2 upper control arms, the pinch bolt holds them in, so it must be removed, spray it with some penetrating spray.
Now you can pop out the axle, cut the metal bands holding the boot on. remove the CV joint & clean it out, clean it all out. (very, very messy)
Then repack with grease, pop back on, put on the boot, & put on the clamps, or use big zip ties.
Button it all back up, torque the axle nut last, then put back in the wheel center cap.
