anyone had this problem with their s4 (i have an 2004 s4):

after the car's been sitting in a parking lot baking in the sun, when i get in and drive, the power locks go nuts, and just starting locking, and re-locking, over, and over again (as if a ghost was pressing the door lock button on the driver door).

anyone experienced this problem, or better yet, know what it is, so that i can tell the numb nuts at the dealer what the problem is? the clowns at audi service tell me "...if you can't reproduce the problem when you bring in the car, we can't fix it..." nice

 

I have an 04 s4 and it sounds like the safety feature, mine does it after about 15mph the doors lock automatically

 

sounds like a short or the keyless entry module.....

ask audi if they are able to test the module in some way.... or a vag-com maytell you some helpfulinfo.
