giac x vs apr

ok im thinking about getting a chip seen some for sale used so

GIAC X tuned for 93oct
or
APR tuned for 93oct

so what are every ones feelings on the 2 chips
i think the giac x makes a small amount more power is this true anyone tryed them both out ?

Either one is fine, just make sure if you buy a Used ECU, that you can use it in your car.

i got Apr and kinda want the GIAC, even though i got APR old school 91oct program running against new X93 oct program and only get beat out be half a car or so through 2nd gear.

ok well what ECU will work in my car i think that i have a 2001.5 model its a 6 speed

M or T box, you can use an older one with a cluster re-code, but dont waste your time, older cars usually do it so they can use a M-box.
M-Box will probably be the easiest and most availible one out there. I know there are plenty of used Giac-X m-box's out there for liek $525-600 in the classifieds, thats pretty good if your already in the market for a ECU, seeing as how the Stealer wants $1100 hahahah

You can't run an mbc with APR and if you want the most gains, you will get GiacX with an MBC+TCD and set your boost to 19psi


either way a giac x car will beat out an apr car anyday of the week
