Default help finding slave cylinder

My car is high on jackstands and i was looking all over under my car near my transmission, and I can't seem to find my slave cylinder. I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, but I didn't see anything that looked remotely possible. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Its on the top of the transmission on the driver's side, you probably can't see it, reach around the top and you should be able to feel it. There is only one Allan bolt holding it in place.

if this is leaking will it cause pressure loss in my clutch? All of a sudden one night my clutch wouldn't engage. also, is it a big job to change?

It is in front of the shifter linkage. and no shouldent be hard to change. I did it on an '05 S4.

I just took the line off the end and attached the new slave cylinder and just fit it back in its hole.
check the brake fluid level after and you may need to bleed it. Goodluck.
