help me choose clutch asap.

decided im going to go with a stock flywheel but clutch wise im stuck inbetween getting either the

clutchmaster stage 3

awe rs4

or possibly stage 1 or 2 from vast.

im pushing about 400lbsTQ and i want something very durable but also easy to drive.
