Help needed!!! Having a code saying brake light
well i got in my s4 this afternoon and started it up and went to press the brake and i got this beeping and then a warning from the info screen. it says brake light in yellow.
but here is the problem, all the brake lights work, turn signals, reverse light. I even went to autozone and bought new bulbs to replace the ones that looked fine with.
I got done doing that, and i put in my new 710n's and my new samco tbb.
started the car up and the silly light is still there saying brake light. what should i do, has anyone else had this problem.
oh and by the way the springs on the stock 710a dv's were really weak as opposed to the ones on the 710n's (if you press in on them it is a noticable difference.
please any help would be great.

ALSO HOW DO I RESET THE SERVICE THING, I TRIED WHAT THE OWNERS MANUAL SAID AND IT IS STILL THERE.

breaks hmm could be the break fluid level ( I guess you had some one look at the break lights while you had it pressed on ) I know as silly as it sounds sticking new bulbs in without seeing the actualy on does happen
service indicator no problem

my thing says it is time for service, all the lights work, i checked them twice and put in new bulbs, i will check the brake fluid.
how do i do the reset for the service thing, do i need a vag or is there another way.

long term service means you wont be able to reset it with those instructions and then you need the diagnostics, break light could be break peddle switch/fluid level/break pads/short in the wiring/bad ground one side being brighter than the other
