hoping somebody could give me some input on a good front mount intercooler setup for 2000 S4. i havent heard anything on the differences in different manufacturers

 

Either get the cx racing core from ebay with their hose kit and put it together yourself, or get the JHM front mount which uses the cxracing core and comes with 1 piece pipeing and detailed instructions. No point wasting money on ridiculous $2000 front mount kits.

 

^+1 that is what I would do and make sure it is black so it is super stealth

 

I agree i dont like the gaping hole in the bumper "look at me!" FMIC. I prefer something a little more subtle. Just remember if you paint it yourself you should get a special heat dissipating paint so it dosnt insulate the core and reduce its effectiveness
