i have been eyeing a 2002 s6. It has 50k miles, blue/light gray and it seems to be in good shape. It is offered by an audi dealer in the east coast and it is cpo. According to carfax it only had one owner. i'm offering 23k for it.

i've never bought a car over the internet and i don't plan to drive out there to find out. I am assuming that because it is cpo i don't have to worry about it. Am i correct?
