Whats up i just bought an 01 s8 blk/blk and im looking to do a bit of upgrading to it. Specifically im looking for an itake, cat back exhaust and an ecu flash or upgrade. Was wondering what people out there have done how much it cost and what you recommend. Thanks in advance for your help.

for exhaust you can probably go to a local muffler shop and tell them what you want, get some wider piping and higherflow mufflers and catalytic converters, and it would probably be a lot cheaper than ordering premade. you could also do your own intake, just pull the airbox and measure some stuff, get a cone filter and some piping and clamps and you got it for a third the price as an ordered one. as for a tune giac makes one for the 01 s8 and they claim like 12-15 hp, but its probably a bit less, here is link for giac. http://www.giacusa.com/programs.php?mpid=100 good luck man, huge fan of S8's
