does the 00 s4 6 speed have a map sensor and if so is it near the front intercooler and if i do an aftermarket will i have to a new sendor rig up? lol

It does have a map sensor. Reads up to 22.5 psi and is located near the throttle body. And you don't need an aftermarket one. All it really does is allow for control past 22.5 psi, which you shouldn't be hitting.
