Default My dilemma.

Ok so i just got home for the summer and am about to get my first paycheck, of which there will be many many more. Being young i must find a way to spend my large disposable income. I have been Stage 3 crazy for about 6 months now, was planning on doing the work myself, and have allready picked out just about everything i will buy (sad i know, it was a long year at college though, WITHOUT the S4).

Now my dilemma, i also have an absurd craving for a CBR 600 RR which is significantly less than what i was planning on spending on stage 3.

Stage III S4 Pros:
[ul][*] Sexy, gets all the babes (see sig)[*]Fast. Very very fast[*]4 wheel donuts (vortexes, crullers)[*]Easily walks a cbr600rr[*]If i crash I might possibly live[*]Can drive it all year long, snow rain sleet[*]??????
[/ul]

CBR Pros:
[ul][*]Less Expensive[*]Somehting new (Learning curve maybe a negative?)[*]Wheelies[*]Stopies[*]One wheel burnouts[*]Running from the cops without a problem[*]Good Gas milage[*]Having a Stage 2 S4 AND a Bike[*]Also gets babes

Ill put up some cons a little later... What do you guys think?

Having been young once, I'd say get the bike.

Being old now, I'd say be careful not to kill yourself.

Have fun, it won't last forever.

If I were you man I'd get the bike, like you said it's something new. The saving gas thing who cares, and I love the running from cops thing haha who you tryin' to be bob1233767439? HAHAHA. Seriously though there is nothing like a good bike ride. However you should still buy the S something semi cheap and nice; maybe an rs4 bumber or along those lines...

i had a bike (03 GSXR1000, amazingly fast)...

i will not own one again for a long time (too little use for the money)....

you wont ride it nearly as much as you think you will (couldnt never bring anything that didnt fit in my back pack, so it only took me to the beach and class a few times, everytime you see a dark clould, you will worry (worst than the turbo lady))...

i'd i put the money into the S (much better investment)....

thats just me tho!

I work so much during the summer that i really wouldnt get to ride the bike much, it would be somehting for an occasional day off or a quick ride at night.

I feel like the more i put into the S4, the more im going to have to spend on the S4 to keep it running. I know my transmission is about to take a dump, 1 - 2 shifting isnt all that fast even with the JHM shifter and the love i gave my transmission this winter. i have to pause before i put it in third or it will grind. A tranny rebuild/ new transmission isnt really something im prepared to spend money on. Realistically Stage 3 allready puts me right about $10,000 before brakes, suspension, and carbon fiber which is allready a big strech for this summer.

Then again i feel like my turbos arent the happiest either and soon enough ill be booking it through 2nd or 3rd and theyll just let go of dear life

So torn here, i like the S4 so much
