On the top right side of the Intake Y-pipe theres some sort of a valve plugged in. I'm not quite sure what exactly it is, but I've noticed some sort of dirt/moisture forming on and around it. When I unplugged it, I noticed that theres something leakin out of it. Could this be an oil leak or is it normal to have some sort of dirt/moisture sludge coming out of that valve? Also can someone please identify this part for me? I'd like to know what its called.

Its the valve for crankcase ventilation. It should have some oil but it sounds like you have an excessive amount.
