i did some crazy long bedding process

something like 20-5 10 times, then 40 to 10 a few times, then 60 to 15 or something?

beats me but it worked well because now after like 50 miles almost all the screeching has stopped even if they havnt seated all the way

aaaaaaaaaaaaand, REVIVE!

3k miles later the front ones seem to vibrate during moderate to hard braking. back ones seem to be fine but front ones make a loud whurring and the car vibrates.

Is this just because they are slotted or are they messed up?

I called ecs about the vibration. they said they were warped and just needed to be put on a lathe. so i go to have them done and the guy says both the rotors and pads are ruined from being overheated but they arent warped. (this is no specialist just some guy at the local car shop)

I have driven plenty of other cars with non-slotted rotors and low dust pads exactly the same, even harder braking without any problems leading me to believe that they are just shitty rotors.

So i get back on the phone with ECS and they explain they're lack of a warranty on rotors. Even though mine are less than 5k miles old, they have begun cracking and they refuse to refund or replace them.

If your trying to decide where to buy rotors, cross ECS off your list.
