I'm buying a car from a guy that is local to me and getting a steal on it.

It is a 2000 S4 6 Speed with 45k

The car has the following mods...

H&r Coilovers
Intake
Cat back exhaust
Upgraded k04's
spec clutch with lightened flywheel and a few more

Now...

The car has a stock chip. The first thing I want to do is take it to KTR where I have connections and get the car chipped with stage 3 program and i believe i'll need a new fpr? Should I worry about getting a set of piggy pipes? What else should I get checked mod wise?

PS- I'm not looking to upgrade to stage 3 fueling and IC's yet so other than that.[/align]

 

You would be smart to run piggies with the ko4's other wise you are looking for trouble.

 

Some of this isn't making much sense.

If you K04's you should already have the 3- program.

YES< with out a doubt, you should have piggies, or aftermarket DP's on there.

Most K04 STG III chips come with a fueling kit, expect to spend around $1800 on it.

Find out what exactly is on there now, before you throw any money at it.

What is the steal price!? It sounds sketchy. it could only have k04 turbos and the current owner considers it a stage 3-.
