New Turbos. Still whistles?
Sounds like you have blocked oil return lines on your turbos which will then force the oil out past the seals and into your intercoolers.
When replacing turbochargers you should always replace oil feed and return lines or have them put in an acid bath especially on Audi's.
I hope you solve your problems as i know by experience that it is a pain in the *** to have to pull the engine to replace the turbos.

KIWI, that seems like a possibility - I didnt replace the oil lines when I did my turbos. Now I'm thinking I should have. Theres no way to clear them out without removing the engine again is there? Didnt think so. Is there anything I can do like add an oil additive that could maybe clear it out over time?
I actually just had another thought.....Did you happen to take off your intercoolers and rinse them out after your old turbos took a dump ? Because over time they kinda act like a catch can lol.
When i remove mine i fill them with that purple cleaner and shake them around allot then dump that and then hose it out. once that is done i then blow it out with compressor and leave the intercoolers out in the sun for the day.
So maybe just maybe this is why you have oil in your intercoolers and also why it whistles allot.
If you say only small amount come out, is that with the intercoolers still in its place ? if so remove them and you will see allot more lol.

It might be common Fonzo but it shouldn't happen.
The main reason they do this is because of poor ventilation from the crank case breather pipes. also if you pull the pipe of the crank case cover which is directly under the plenum, you will find the outlet of the crank case cover to be blocked 95% of the time whether you take care of your Audi or not.
