steering wheel whistles,???

steering wheel whistles,???

I dont know why but when I turn my wheels all the way(both sides) it whistles and dont know if it is the fluid or anything else.
Help please...

i have the same problem. It could be teh fluid if it not ful, but mine was. I still hear it on occasion.
