Default No power to any wheel 2001 b5 s4

Had a blowout on the left front. AAA came out to change the tire and couldn't get the wheel off. Pulled the car onto a flatbed to take it to the shop. Put the donut on and I went my merry way. Next morning after 80mi on the road I noticed a squealing noise and limped to my job a mile away. I stopped at work to put my car in our garage and when I tried to put it in gear it wouldn't move. The ball joint from the lower rear control arm was broken so the whole strut assembly was moving around. Even had a rub mark on the tie rod end ball joint boot. The drivers side front axel spins when I put the car in gear but that's all I can see and hear. Any ideas how to tackle this problem?

All four corners need to be the same size on an AWD vehicle -- were you not using a full size spare?
