I took 3 hours of video total - though I supose the Dragon itself (2 runs) is less then 1/2 hour. I supose its moderatly entertaining - I've watched a good deal of it already with some other folks and they all seemed to enjoy it (and my comments) quite a bit. As far as I saw I was the fastest vehical out there - particularly on day 2 (in the rain)...though I never came up on any sppedbikes nor did anyone ever come up behind me...tee hee. I was thinking of doing some google/youtube exerpts - but it may take me awhile to get to it...in the meantime here are a few (static) pics of the car....

First pic is of my jury rigged vide setup...OK lets see if this works...

OK works more or less (pic #3 seems to have cut off the bottom of my car - not like this in the original...) - BTW the pics of the car & road are from the Cherohala Parkway...I didn't take any pics on the Dragon itself...too busy driving...

RoadHawk,

I love your camera set up. I think I am going to give that a try and tape some of the river runs I do around here.
(river roads are twisty)

I wish I lived closer to more roads like that. I would have totally ran the dragon with you. It is always so much funner when your chasing or trying trying to distance another good driver.

When you get some video up let us know.

Ur pics look good. I may go up again this weekend if the weather holds and I can schedule it with the other car(s) I want in the vid. It's harder than you would think once you are dealing with people that have to ask their wives about everything.

The most important part of making a cool car video on a twisty road is to not let it end like this one - http://tinyurl.com/y6o2tz

Yeah it worked great - stayed put and very very little shake - only with rough road bits - not due to any car movement (foreward, back, side to side!) at all!

I'm very disapointed that the pic that I thought Killboy.com took of me front on did not apear in any of the pics they posted - and I was even hoping for a cover pic with some comments as I stopped and talked with them twice...and I made two great runs IMO. Seems like they wern't out at all on Friday (understandable - but a shame - as I made a superb wet weather run - perhaps just as quick as I did it in the dry on Thursday). Anyway - the only pic of me is from behind sitting in a parking lot on the Cherahola Skyway - on perhaps the 3rd or 4th to the last set on Thursday the 26th. As I said I'm really bummed they couldn't do better....what is a wagon not good enough for them? I ran that road faster then anyone I saw on both days - and on Thursday I caught the killboy car (David's civic) in the heart of the Dragon and he was moving very quickly - believe me - but I caught up to him after a U-Turn a bit after passing him going the other way and after having to pass a van who I saw let him right around! and then when we left the pull off he let me go first (I offered to let him go) and he never even came into my rearview sights after that!...guess I'll have to go back and really tear it up! The way I see it the S4 community has been dissed!
