So, I bought an S4 recently that had a PHATBOX mp3 player installed in it. I disliked the idea at first then adopted it. The thing is sweet, saves me on burning Cds and space.

Now the thing wont even turn on. I checked fuses and found no problems and the phatbox is hooked up correctly. One day it just stopped working. The worst part about all of this is my CD player likes to say "ERR" a lot. I can play a CD when I start the car up... plays just fine until it randomly tells me "ERR!!" I feel like I have to trick my CD player to play anything.

I really hate the radio! I need my music!! I NEED MY DRAGONFORCE!!

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question, I just love DF.

 

My Phatnoise does that once in awhile. Try unplugging it, in the back for the Phatnoise, and plugging it back in. That has always worked for me.

 

Mine just stopped working today 2....I'm going to try to disconnect it to see what it does.
