turbos can only flow so much depending on how big they are.. k04's will boost about 24psi with most tunes or so but by the time the engine is turning twice as fast as it was lower in the rpm, its flowing much more volume than the turbos can produce, so usually close to redline the pressure in the intake will start to taper..

oh.. and i found one of my problems.. on the new injectors, you also get new wire harness connectors that plug into the oem injector connections. on cylinder 4, one of the wires was pulled halfway out, making a very unstable connection. once driven for a while and resistance builds up due to heat (poor connection) then...walla... misfire cylinder number 4 and open injector circuit cylinder number 4.. soooo im gonna drive it and see how it goes.. ill update you guys as soon as i know..

wastegates? N75 valve? Don't know if you checked these already... and your thread is long, I don't want to back track :P

may be n75 valve staying open, would it not set a code? wastegates were gone over by mike @VAST when he went over the turbos, but i would think it would be a happens every time problem if the wastegates were jacked, ya know?? now the valve could be intermittently sticking or acting funny, as it overboosts a little bit.. (26 to 27psi on occasion , should peak at 23)..as well as limiting boost sometimes..

ur hitting up to 27 at times??? eek, that's extremely odd. other than the N75, do you have a manual boost controller of some kind? and i have no idea how it would work since you hit low and high boost, but a faulty DV? either opening way too early or seizing where it doesn't open at all? the problem seems too sporadic to be an electrical issue, I put my money on something mechanical.

i do know that when its limited to like 10 psi there black smoke plumes from the exhaust its running so rich... when it boosts normally there is no odd exhaust... pulled the plugs the other day and they look super clean....

stock to this point.. talked to a volkswagon/audi specialist and he said when the dv's go bad, they act up all the time.. and like today, drove the car ***** to the walls and it didnt act up at all.. until the end of the night.. so.. we looked at my long term fuel trim and its way too rich... so... my codes of P1131 and P1113 will be fixed tomorrow with new o2 sensors and will see if my fuel trim can adapt properly then and get back into the range it needs to be in... and lets get this beast rollin' properly!!!!

I'm glad to see you went with the RS6's. If you haven't done it yet, boost leak check it. I have had an issue with it overboosting when there was a small leak present. I highly doubt it is your wastegates, those rarely fail. N75 usually doesn't stick open either, usually if the N75 is bad you peak correctly but lose boost much faster.
