i believe that stands for "base" hp...

You have to divide the engine horsepower by 1.28, but I have an old European Car that claims 183.8

28% is pretty high.... id still say its 20-25%

rwd cars are alot less then awd. it is about 15-17% on rwd

Quattros drivetrain eats up about 28%. Thats bring you down to about 195awhp and about 200awtq.
