im looking to buy a b5 s4. is there any thing i should look for, do these cars tend to have problems are they hard to maintain etc. please let me know when it comes to audi i am a amateur

There has been several posts about this and should give you everything you need to know. but you should be very pleased with the car..its awesome, and its a great group of people and welcome to the club man.

 

B5S4 is a great car - but in my book it really is a project car that has lots of maintenence and reliability issues. You should search down threads for very similar questions such as yours to see more specifics...BTW - they can be made to go real fast...

 

very fast as i found out just tonight after finishing up the ko4 upgrade. it's a heck of a job, but very rewarding in the end!! i'm all smiles.
