Hey guys, I haven't been on here for quite some time because i'm in a neutral mood towards the S4 lately. Anyways my question to you is would you get rid of your car for an 03 RS6? I know ours are lighter and faster and all that good stuff, but the RS6 isn't exactly slow either and as far as I know doesn't have the maintenance problems we do (i'm sitting at 128k on the ticker and have about $3500 in maintenance done, just parts I do labour.) It would be nice to have the rarity of the RS6 and legroom and stuff like that. Let me know what you guys think it would be nice to hear what you have to say on my crossroads decision.

 

id go with either a newer S4 like a b7 maybe or a bmw

 

Oops! I meant keep the 2K S4 AND get the new 2K8 V10 TT RS6....that is, four years from now when the price is half of what it is now.

I'd go for the RS6, I can't really settle for an NA car now, so the RS6 is perfect. You can't really go wrong with a twin turbo V8.

I'm 6'2" and, while I fit in my B5 comfortably, having the extra head/leg room of the RS6 would definitely be nice. Plus, the RS6 is just a badass car -- if you can afford it, go for it.

 

RS6 is god like, over 500HP with just a chip. But im willing to bet its at least 2 or 3 times more expensive to maintain than a B5 S4. Seriously.

If I ever get rid of my S4 ,the RS6 is my next car. V8 sound ,twin turbo power. I`ve seen them as low as 30,000 $hit just a bad *** car.

 

you think the S4 is expensive? wait til you look at a maintenance schedule on an RS6. its little things, like the only way to change an O2 is to pull the motor. they are not cheap. keep the S.

 

The RS6 is a really badass ride, it looks good, it is more powerfull than the s4, but not much more faster. Blue_S4 is right, the maintenance is more difficult and much more expensive. I´d stay with the S4.

 

RS6! Its faster and you can have over 500 bhp! I absolutely love the RS6. I've only seen 1 in person, so if you want to be unique, go for it! Twined 4.2 whats not to love?
