Default S6 TQ (AAN) -95, totally dead

Hi,
To make a long story short. I found my car with 1,5 dm water inside the coupe. The ECU didn´t respond when I tried to communicate with VAG-COM (409.1). I removed the ECU and it had a marking of the highest point of water level....So i bought aused ECU and got help introducing it according to instructions on Ross-Tech:s site. Running Vag-Com after the flood a errorcode from ABS has come up saying something about a damaged sensor. (Not a big deal, but it freakes me out cause maybe the electrical system has been severly damaged from the shortcirciut.)

When I opened the ECU, I noticed that one connector was badly damaged (a lot worse than any of the rest) and I traced it to the eletrical wire in the chassi. It was white with a brown stripe.
I read on the SJM Autotechnic site about Ignition problems on a S4 and one of the electrical cables that goes to POS is white and brown.
I havent tested yet if it is that cable, but I will as soon as the rain stops pooring down. I fear the worst.

Since my car is totally dead and not just misfiring I cant test a POS by swapping channels. Is there any other way to test or measurethe POS?

Please help.

With best regards.
Niklas

Just wanted to tell you that I have found the problem. It was a blown fuse........I have checked all the fuses before but - as a fact now, not properly enough. My problem with the ABS still remains, I will measure the sensors today and maybe I can get a closure on this too this week.
