I heard that it is possible to hook up a sirius satellite radio (or XM) to the CD changer harness in the trunk and have it be fully compatible with the factory stereo system without the need for any additional equipment and that it will even display the song and artist information as well. Has anyone done this? Does this really work? Thanks.

 

No one has tried this or heard anything about it?

 

I have it hooked up in mine, but i dont have it directly wired to my head unit. I have a small display to the left of my steering wheel where the song and station is displayed. I havent heard tho of anyone directly wiring it to the head unit.
