Smog Chipped S4?

Default Smog Chipped S4?
Will my S4 pass a california smog check with the 91 oct APR chip? I dont have the stock program in it.

I don't see why not. I passed Virginia with ease - room to spare - ran very clean (on APR and now on GIAC)
