hello everyone im getting my car back from the shop on thursday or friday... my rs4 bumper will be installed... after that i think im going to go and get my car chipped at DUbwerks... GIAC chip

I have 2001.5 Audi S4 Black 6 speed, with diverter valves, awe twin 1 exhuast, awe s-flo intake, if i get the GIAC chip installed how fast would my car be....
Whats the best 1/4 mile do you think i could get?
0-60?


i have a couple of competitions at school.. honda s2000, mitsubishi evo, subaru sti....
how do you think i would do against them...

Depending if they are moded or not.... you should at least stay up with them if you know how to shift good and launch.... BUT if they are stock or have a few mods then you should be able to beat them, because i raced a guy that just had a bov on the sti, i beat him with just the apr chip..... SO you should have around 315hp and 370-80tq(a guess) and you should be 0-60 probably in the 5.3's or less ......SO I HOPE THIS HELPS!

How fast are RS 4 converted B5's???

I am buying either a Stock B5, a Rs4 Avant B5 or a B6 this week, still not sure which to get..

 

DUGLAS-the RS4 has 380hp and i think its the same with tq or even over the 400tq.... but what your going to pay for converting the engine and trans and what else your going to pay for parts you might as well just buy the stages from AWE or APR ect.... Because (I believe) there is no difference in the S4 and the RS4 OTHER than cams(MAYBE), turbos, intercooling piping, fuel system, exhuast, breaks...might be more but thats what i know of... i think you'll be saving yourself a lot of money just modding a S4.... im pretty sure the Tranny is the same too because there so strong.. which would be saving THOUSANDS I BELIEVE.... but if you want that RS4 bage and blah blah..... i guess go ahead... but you could also put one on your car because it might as well be a RS4[8D].... well there you go! hope this info helped you out at all.....
