I am new to the forum!

First Question:
I am thinking about buying a 2000 S4 with about 40K.
It is manual transmission with multiple cd player, sunroof, and all standard options.
What do you guys think it is worth?
NO WARRANTY

Second Question:
When I go to look at it, what problems should I look for?
I know about the bypass valves, throttle body pipe, F pipe, etc..
anything year 2000 specific....

Third Question:
As I mentioned above, the car has no warranty.
Does anyone know of any rally good aftermarket warranty companies?
I want something that is easy if there are any repairs necessary.

Fourth Question:
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
