Doesn't sound too bad. You could prolly all of those things yourself and save 3k! Are the turbos new along with the motor?

 

I am not to sure I have asked for all the records for the engine and drive train so I am waiting fo those some time day

 

They also said the left upper link is bad and the right front rear upper link boot is open

 

So I am going with option #1 (got a good deal) and now I am wondering if I should take it to Prestige to get the work done or maybe 3zero3 since I'm in denver and I have read a ton of good reviews on them?

 

I can't speak to their work, but every time I have spoken with 3zero3 on the phone, I always felt like some sales a-hole was just trying to shove some service down my throat and take my money.

However, I can speak to Autosport Werks in Broomfield. They are honest and do good work for a decent price. I've taken advice from them on a number of different DIY projects in the past, they're always willing to help. Check them out before handing a bunch of money to 3zero3.

 

The engine on #1 is not rebuilt it's out of another S4, but it's a 2001. The turbos have 38k and are off the 01 as well
