Turbo Upgrade
I have a 2000 S4 and I want to do a complete upgrade to my car and I am woundering what is the best way for me to go. With KO4 upgrade from AWE or the GT28 from Autospeed my goal is to have 600awhp. The car will only be my summer car after all is done so I am looking for the bast bang for my buck any sugestions
k04s will not do 600whp, not even close.
you have to go GTs, but you also mention bang for your buck. do a little reading, and you will see, if you want 600whp, money should be no object for you....the gt kit alone is like 16k. its the only way to get those numbers, and the internals will all need to be upgraded. you will spend well over 20k in upgrades to have numbers like that.....
do a little research before posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not the most knowledgeable person on this forum but I swear sometimes people just pick numbers out of the air. Ex: I need 700whp with x turbos.... I spend most of my time searching forums and rarely post unless I'm stumped... I suggest you do the same.
I have been doing lots of reading trying to figure out what is the best way for me to go. I have seen a couple of company's that say there KO4 kits will produce 550 hp to the crank on race gas then I noticed that Autospeed says there GT 28 kit will produce 600awhp and now all I am doing is trying to figure out what people that have these kits think of them and the power they make.
ya k04s wont even come close to 600 hp. i would call eurocode tuning since they offer alot of autospeed products such as the twin Gt28 Kit. Plus they have their own B5 S4 with the GT28 kit that the ower drives to work everyday making 800 hp on race fuel. I would give them a call (310) 379-3876. If that kit is too expensive, I would look into the RS6 Kit from autospeed that will give you around 450awhp and then maybe takin the cats off, achtuning oil cooler, water/meth injection, gigantic FMIC, race gas software and u might be close to your goal.
