Hi all,
I grew up in CA and have a fine collection of speeding tickets. One place of relative safety was freeways, as long as you watched out, since the CHP couldn't use radar there. Well, I was riding my bike to SF on 580W and there were 3 CHPs on the side of the road. As I went by one pulled out and pulled me over. He said, "You came around that turn at 85." I asked if they can use radar on the fwys now and he said they use "light-dar" or something like that. Whatever - it tells them how fast you are going. So, be careful on the fwys now - they've taken the sport out of it.
