I'm purchasing a 2002 S6 soon. I've been searching the internet and this form for information about performance and body modifications that exist for it and really have found nothing. So what is out there that will work for my car, make it go faster, handle better, stop faster, and look sweeter? Any sites, sounds, pictures or information would be much appreciated. Cmon guys! I know you guys go to websites for accessories and performance modifications for your S cars. Don't any of them offer parts for S6's? I really don't have any clue where to go or look. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

340 hp hp V8. 0-60 in 5.8 seconds, top speed exceeds 165 with the limiter off. Not many mods but with a chip, intake and exhaust(imported $$$$) it runs about 5.5 seconds to 60 and about 170 mph.

 

I've been looking on internet sites that people on this board say to go to for performance upgrades and I don't see many companies (if any) that are domestic and offer performance upgrades. I noticed that M3LTWIAN said that you must import these parts and that'll cost a lot of money. Does anybody know of a company that offers performance parts for the 2002 S6 Avant and is domestic? Also, I've always seen the 0-60 time for the S6 Avant listed at 6.5 seconds from the factory. Is that a conservative estimate? Is the real 0-60 time closer to 5.8 seconds as M3LTWIAN said? Also, what intake and chip are the most trusted, make the engine sound the best, and offer the most performance gains? Yet more; does anybody know of a company that offers a cool looking front bumper for the S6 (other than LLTEK)? Thanks alot for your help!
