That's OLD, I mean OLD M1 oil. It's no longer PAO stock & really not longer a real synthetic. I stay clear from M1, while it's a good oil still, it's not a true synthetic, & not up to the quality of the other big Syth makers.

 

What do you think about the statement of less frequent oil changes being better for the engine?

 

Yea, that's a good one. If you have a good oil & get it tested, you can safely 7000-10,000 miles before an oil change.
