Default windows not working after central locking pump swap

The central locking pump in my car fried and and one of the plugs melted in the pump and the harness had to be cut. I got a replacement pump and new plug and about 10" of wire for the harness. I matched all the colors of wires and soldered the harness back together.

Everything is working properly in my car again except the windows do not work at all and neither does the sunroof. I haven't tried to roll the windows down by holding the key in the unlock position in the door because I'm afraid if they go down, they won't go back up.

When the pump started to go, all the windows (except the driver window) kept going up and down and got stuck in the down position when the pump died. Because of the way that they kept going up and down, do you think the window relay could have fried as well? Also, does anyone know where the relay is exactly?
