Purchasing a stage 3 GIAC 02 S4 Avant TIP trans car, GIAC ECU chip and previous Tip chip owner had for last 5 years. Car operates and currently drives, GIAC chip went bad, new stock TCU installed. Code from VAGCOM listed below:

I would like to send the TCU for GIAC tip chip install, my question is will the Tip chip clear this code and car operate on stage 3 GIAC ECU tune or am I looking at a trans rebuild with a Level 10 torque converter and solenoid valve body installations? Any thoughts, as this car is very clean and well maintained with all records and built properly. I have room in the budget with this purchase, any ideas on cost? TIA
